M.Sc.(I.T.) Programme

Important instructions regarding admission for Science Stream Students.

  1 ) The information regarding vacant seats in M.Sc.(I.T.) 1st year after admission in Medical and Engineering is under :

for these vacant seats the candidates of the above mentioned waiting merit list should report for admission on Dt. 28-07-08 at 12:00 NOON.

2 ) Those whose names are mentioned in the merit list must bring all original documents which includes marks sheets of Std 10th and 12th, Leaving certificate and attempt certificate. ( If these students have already taken admission in any other course then they should produce their original mark sheet of Std 12th in 3 days from the day of admission. ) Candidates under reserved category must bring original category certificate, Non Creamy layer certificate.

3 ) Students taking admission must pay Rs. 1,000/- as advance fees in Cash during counselling. Remaining fees 10,000/- must be paid in cash within three consecutive working days after seeking admission. If the remaining fee Rs. 10,000/- is not paid within three days then the paid fees Rs. 1,000/- will be forfeited and the admission will be cancelled.

4 ) If the candidate does not remain present on the mentioned day and time then admission will be given to the next immediate candidate in merit, the absent candidate will loose the right to admission in this course.

5 ) For refunding of fees, rules framed by University for self finance colleges will be implemented.

6 ) Kindly note that there is no assurity that all students called on Dt. 28-07-08 will get admission.

7 ) Kindly note that the number of above mentioned vacant seats may be subject to change.

GENERAL STREAM ( COMMERCE )

Dt. 23-07-2008

In M.sc.(I.T.) Programme, General Stream ( Commerce ) in SEBC category one seat is vacant. With reference to that one admission has to be granted on that vacant seat. For that purpose students with merit Nos. 11,12,14 & 21 are requested to remain present at M.Sc.(I.T.) office on Dt. 28-07-2008 at 12:00 Noon. with all the original Certificates and required fees ( Rs. 11,000/-). If these students have taken admission in any other course then they will have to submit their original mark sheet of Std 12th in the office with 3 days of admission.
